'STAY HOME, PROTECT THE NHS, SAVE LIVES'

Pupil Well-Being

On Monday 1st February 2021 we are encouraging all of our children and their families to take part in Place2Be's Children's Mental Health Week. The theme for this year is Express Yourself

Throughout the week you will be encouraged to explore healthy ways in which you can share your feelings, thoughts, or ideas, through creativity.

Here are some practical ideas for you to try out in order to take good care of their mental health and well-being during lockdown:

Enjoy singing and dancing? Join in with irresistibly catchy songs and easy-to-follow dance routines to enhance your well-being.
