Year 6 2020 - 2021

Welcome to our Year 6 class page, where you will find daily activities for children to complete. Every day children will have access to maths, reading, writing and spelling or grammar activities. In addition, children will also be given ideas to access the wider curriculum. Further more, there are links to knowledge organisers, which you can use to deliver mini quizzes and other educational resources for the children. I will be here everyday to help and support the children and families in year 6, in any way I can. The best form of communication is through class dojo, where you can post comments if you require help and support with work set,  or you want to share learning experiences from your children.

Many thanks

Miss Callaghan

Information for transition can now be found on the Transition 2020 tab at the top.

Here is a suggested timetable, which approximately follows our timings at school. This can help to keep a routine for the children. If the children have any spare time, please visit the websites tab, where they can access specific websites that help them to practise their basic skills. Children are also encouraged to keep project work going for our Geography topic (see the interactive homework sheet).
